Is Sahid Sudirman Residence The Right Property to Invest ?

If someone asked me whether Sahid Sudirman Residence is the right property to invest, i would say i don't know. Yesterday, i have attended a free investing seminar in the Marketing Gallery of the Sahid Sudirman Residence. I haven't visited the show unit, but i have seen the promotions. I have good and bad news for you.

The good news are :

• Sahid Sudirman Residence property price started from IDR 500 million.
• the location is good, surrounded by three five stars hotels
• the access to Sahid Sudirman Residence is free 3 in 1
• good architecture, there is a garden outside the apartment
• there are some apartment units that have pool view
• we can use the Sahid Hotel facilities, such as room services, house keeping, etc

The bad news are :

• i have checked the men restroom in the office, the quality is not very good ( i expected more ).
• the air conditioner was not working well
• the sound system was not working well

It's too bad the quality of the Marketing Gallery of Sahid Sudirman Residence was disappointing, because i think the marketing gallery is the face of the unfinished apartments.

So is Sahid Sudirman Residence the property to invest ? i will let you to decide for yourself.
